    Only meant to do about 5 miles but ended up getting lost and doing 11. After not being able to exercise at all for two months I didn't mind hiking up in the mountains for 11 miles

    Went up to apex and attempted to run up the mountain...I would love to be able to run the whole trail at some point. I just need to keep getting out there

    Did a total of 6 miles today...3.5 this morning and 2.5 with the guys from the Salvation Army running group. I love running with them because they are pushing me out of my comfort zone

      It makes a lot of sense and probably a big reason why I like running with them..the dedication that I already see from some of them is definitely inspiring.
