    Two half-hour games, won both. Relatively easy. Still kind of sore from yesterday's harder/more intense games ...

    Decided finish the night by getting going with the little 5lb. dumbbells I bought the other day. Curls, raises, rows, etc. The usual little stuff, you know. :)

    Ran two miles on the treadmill as a post-racquetball cool down. Was pretty exhausted, won't lie. Felt good though.
