Finally feeling like my old self (old being the key word). Enjoyable six mile progressive in the sun - tremendous weather today! Ice bath and a lot of sleep last night must have helped the post-vacation grogginess.

Back on the plan after several weeks in maintenance mode. No problems knocking out 30 at the end instead of the required 15:

Another four miler. A little quicker than last night, but more of an effort than it should have been. Legs and lungs feel fine - my form seems to have deserted me though.

Pleasant run - nice and cool with a gentle breeze. May sneak a few more miles in later....
