    Finally feeling like my old self (old being the key word). Enjoyable six mile progressive in the sun - tremendous weather today! Ice bath and a lot of sleep last night must have helped the post-vacation grogginess.

    Just an eight miler in the afternoon sun. Wore my Forerunner 405, but left the display showing time of day so I wouldn't be forced into a race against the clock. Felt okay, but legs not quite back to normal.

    Another four miler. A little quicker than last night, but more of an effort than it should have been. Legs and lungs feel fine - my form seems to have deserted me though.

    Pleasant run - nice and cool with a gentle breeze. May sneak a few more miles in later....
