great Sugar House Park- Inner Loop 3.95 mi

I just needed to get out and get some miles in. This week I am not going to do a long run, maybe try for a 6 miler on saturday. Though I am still debating doing the hale 5k then for a speed workout. That would be fun, but I would get more tickets for a show I already have too many tickets for.
