@venky: Avg HR of 146 bpm is good enough na? He too tops in late 180s like me during hard effort.. so i feel 146 is fine.. what say?

i think venky is right.....it is bit on the higher side....or can also be an indication of the push of the previous day and body is not rested completely......correct me if i am wrong

@Nalla: It could be fine. Depends on one's LTHR and the HR zones based on that. Moreover, forgetting all that, if one feels fine on the ride, its fine. Just about getting out and riding. That is more important. :)
