Trainer. Used Sufferfest vids for Sweet Spot blocks. Extra Shot: The Long Scream twice (30 min each), 86% & 88%. Then Hell Hath No Fury (2 x 20 min), 90% each. Hit the TTT at 101%, happy to break 100. ~65-70% between each block.
Now that was more like it. Got after it early and didn't let up. Tough at the end, but pushed through. Probably helped to read a bit from Andrew Starykowicz just before hand, how he pushes as much as he can. Doesn't worry so much about crashing, if it happens it happens. You just get tired on the bike. Guy could seriously give Chris Lieto a run on the bike, he's that good.
