Trainer. 30 min warm-up. Sufferfest: HHNF. Hit 95 & 96% for the 20's. 110% for the TTT. Made it hurt and stuck it out. Better this time, but still not what I was doing before. It's possible there is still fatigue from Saturday in there. Saddle sure made itself be known today. Otherwise I would have gone longer at an aerobic level. I still want to ride for a bit tomorrow. Trainer riding is never as comfortable as outside. Didn't feel anything like this Saturday. Got the important part in though, and hit it strong.
