Treadmill. Easy running to start. Built up to a decent pace and then put in a few hills. Able to push it near what I would normally do, but didn't do as much. Took it easy on the flat recoveries though. Did put in a fast flat 7 minutes late in the run. Felt nice as I became used to holding the speed again.
