    This practice was okay, I was worried that I would be a little weak from giving blood earlier in the day, but I actually felt very strong and stuck through the difficult moments.

      okay...i should have said "having blood stolen from me for tests". i would not have been able to practice if i'd "given blood" in the amounts needed for really giving blood.
