    This was a great workout. Felt a little lifeless for a few minutes, but bounced back and finished strong. Turkey burger on wheat for lunch with salad and strawbs!

      Great! Was day 23 today. Don't notice anything except some added strength and a more positive attitude about life in general. No physical changes much yet.
