    Clear crisp morning...supposedly the coldest of the week but Wednesday felt way more cold. Took gloves off at mile 2. Kind of felt out of sync with this one but got it done.

    Knew I'd be running in tired legs but I'm working on switching up my runs during the week to include a long run. So rest tomorrow & long run on Friday is the plan.
