    Legs were tight and sore from the previous faster runs so I took yesterday off to rest. Today felt amazing! Definitely had more in the tank which is good. Long run ahead.

    A balmy 22 degrees out. First 1.5 miles I literally was wondering if I should head back since it was soooo cold. Sun finally started to get high enough that I could feel it. Felt good!
