    Warm up mile & then ran 1 mile. Was hoping for 2 but calf locked up. Foam roller, ice & compression. Rest tomorrow & try again on Saturday.

    After lots of rest, ice & foam rolling, I was able to do an easy mile today. Just testing where I am at with recovery. Breaking in new shoes too. 17.75k is in 2.5 weeks. Feeling nervous.
