      Great job! Very proud of you! Believe in the training it will take you where you need to go. Forget the negative thoughts in our heads. Our bodies can do more than our minds can handle.

    Started with Jeremy riding 3.5 miles with me running and then Jackson getting in his 45 minute run, which he smoked me. Got it done. It's Pat's birthday tomorrow so I wanted to get this in.
