    First half very much felt like I was running on tired legs but last half felt great. Loved this week being able to run on the road. So blessed!

    Boss man said its ok to work from home this week so I immediately changed & threw on my shoes to get some miles on the road this morning. Felt great. Was definitely ready for an increase.

      I know - my garage was actually cold this morning and I loved it!. We are in the 50's in the mornings now :) OK probably only a week but it feels so good.

    This was the run I was hoping to have yesterday. What a difference a day makes. Took it easier but felt so much stronger, I'm sure the nearly 20 degree difference helped too!
