    Felt good...and so it begins. Took a week off and training has officially started.

    Took this one nice & easy. Legs were a bit stiff...lots of stretching.

      Yes you do - haha! Time to increase consumption! Last weekend's 12 miler I drank 6 bottles after the run and by that night I just wanted one margarita and I couldn't drink it because I was so full!

      Understand that - left work the other day after a storm and the steam was rising off the ground. It was a like a thick fog to get to my car.

    Decided to switch my double days to Thursdays - which is my rest day from running. Doing double T25 on long run days are tough.
