      thanks, Reed! I know treadmill is easier than road so I really want to push for more distance than I can do on the road.

      You know, I think the street is easier. Not as easy on the feet, maybe, but not boring and being out there kind of pushes you. I like the street better, myself.

      running in the gym really sucks - no argument there. kind of using th gym as a crutch until I can build some endurance. love running outdoors. used to run all over Bryn Mawr College's campus when I lived out that way.
