  1. Got a referral to a sports doctor today. Appointment set for Tuesday to look at my right knee. There's a bruise around the patella. Big Sur half marathon in 52 days....

      I know how you feel. Have appointment on Monday, afraid of what he'll say (that I might ignore) related to training for the Big Sur Half. Haha. Good luck w/ yours!

    After a week of taking it easy I had to get out there on the pavement. Knee is doing better but still have to be careful. Swam twice during the week.
