    What a great day for a 10 miler up and down the Greenway trail.

    Had a pre group run as I had to work tonight. Decided to hit up the treadmill and run in the heat with no fan to get ready for the desert next weekend.

    The pool was closed today so what's a guy to do? Go for a quick run. Had a nice run and time to start looking forward for the next adventure. Any ideas?

      Here's some: Garmin Marathon (KS) 4/16, Kentucky Derby Marathon (KY) or Country Music Marathon (TN) both on 4/30. Let me know if any of those sound like fun.
