felt really sick before run, but I thought, "hey, if i wouldn't stay home from work from this, i'm not going to stay in from running". especially considering i didn't run earlier this week because i just didn't feel like it. felt sick 2/3 of run. slower pace. then my body just kinda figured i wasn't stopping anytime soon and i was able to finish at a normal pace... which somehow still gave me a decent time.
