I felt like I was CRUISING this run. I suppose I could've gone about 30 or so seconds faster considering the fast runs I had last week, but just going 13 or so seconds slower per mile made me feel WAY better on this run. I could've kept up the pace for maybe another half mile or mile, but definitely not much longer. It was nice to have a good quick run though and feel this awesome during the whole thing, even though I rode my bike this morning.

I do feel like I might be starting to come down with something. I did a lot more hacking on this run, and got that dry feeling in the back of my throat that you get when you've been kind of stuffed up. I haven't been feeling stuffed up, but we'll see. Hopefully if I'm getting something I can kill it by this weekend when I have to run 5.5.
