So the original plan was to wake up at 7 and ride 20 or so miles outside. But when I woke up and looked at the weather, I saw "23 degrees" and said "Oh hells to the no!" and rolled over and fell back asleep. I wasn't about to let snot freeze on my face this morning!
I managed to drag myself to the gym for a quick stationary bike workout. My knees felt a little jankity at first, but they were fine once they warmed up. It was not as much fun as riding outside, but it was a heck of a lot warmer.
