    water felt perfect, cool. towing my paddle board the entire way by my ankle with a water bottle on it, stopping to drink every now and then. shoulder giving me a few twinges, but still improving.

    Realized dailymile has been converting my .6 - . 7 mile swims into / down to 600 - 700 meter swims, knocking 400-500 meters off my actual distance.

    My shoulder continues to improve.

    Woke up and my shoulder was sore, but after a hot 6 mile run and a slow easy .6 km swim it is feeling better, not really sore, just a wee bit tight
