Track and share your training!
Dailymile makes it easy to keep track of your workouts. Map your routes and share with a community of active people.
I noticed my legs was hurting a bit after the race on Wednesday and last night after my trail run I iced my leg but noticed quite a bit of discomfort. You can see that I was trying to slowly add miles to my training but it appears that I have over done it

Hmmmm. I hope it doesn't turn into anything serious. Good luck for a quick recovery.

I enjoy the way you analyse your training- though a shame that your legs are hurting.

take it easy and remember that giving yourself a recovery weeks every 3-4 weeks can make the world of difference.

It's so easy to over-do without realizing. Now that you know, you'll get it fixed.
