    Ran with the slow crowd tonight. Left calf is doing ok but right glute is still sore. Turned around early to cut this a little short.

      Great 8.75 run, why have I not been seeing your posts? sorry, Anyway, do you know you are super enthusiastic? You can see it in your smile, and your profile picture! That zest of life that you have will pull you through any struggle and mire. Thank God calf if ok and I know sore glute pain sometimes, ouch.
