  1. RUN
good neighborhood with sprints 4 mi 00:35 08:39 pace

this was a bit sandbagged- had some sprints in there and also turned off the garmin for some time in the middle to stroll and enjoy the weather/scenery.

  2. RUN
good around town 15.58 mi 02:29 09:32 pace

schedule called for 20. didn't feel like the last 5 mentally. its hard to motivate oneself when one knows they could sit on the couch for the next 6 weeks and still finish a marathon.

  3. RUN
good around the block 5.3 mi 00:49 09:10 pace

saw a man on rollerblades "walking" 3 huge huskies. cute!

  4. RUN
tired Post Dallas fail 5 mi 00:50 09:55 pace

  5. RUN
tired cape cod 2.74 mi 00:26 09:31 pace

not quite bouncing back from those 20 milers like i used to.

  6. RUN
    great New 20mile PR 20 mi 03:09 09:27 pace

Can't believe this run even happened after staying out late last night, let alone it going well!! Wahoo two 20 milers down, two to go in this training cycle!

  7. RUN
good Falmouth road race 7.07 mi 01:06 09:19 pace

Better than last year- 15 degrees cooler I think. Still the toughest 3.5 mi to start- hills, sun, and a late start! Now on to hot dogs and beer :)

  8. RUN
    good usual loop with a different l... 5.24 mi 00:47 08:57 pace

if sandbagging with a downhill sprint for the last quarter mile is wrong, i don't wanna be right.

  9. RUN
alright new iteration of loop 4 mi 00:39 09:41 pace

have a summer cold, hoping it clears up by falmouth road race this weekend! anybody else racing that one?

  10. RUN
good bike path plus 8 mi 01:14 09:14 pace

much better than tuesday, legs decided to join the party

  11. RUN
    tired neighborhood 2 mi 00:19 09:33 pace

took yesterday off from lifting, and was going to try for 4 today- ouch! do not ever remember having a problem two days after a 20 miler. must be getting old or something...

  12. RUN
    good 3 mi 00:27 09:05 pace

felt refreshing after not running for a week. how that will bode for 20 miles this weekend, not so sure :P
