    great "Long run" moved up 7 mi 01:04 09:08 pace

    7 were scheduled for Saturday but I will be in Vegas for a wedding! This went much better here than in 115 degree Nevada :)

    did have to stop and again expectorate quite a bit. ran into my boyfriend, going the opposite way on the path. we did about 1.5 together, a nice surprise!

    covered my 5.25 mile loop, however, had to stop and clear my airway so much that i lost a half mile. 30 degree dry winter weather over 80deg 100% humidity any day!
