      Well worth it Cathal. To be recommended :). I know why all the internationals cone here for warm weather training - there are sporty types everywhere - something for everyone !!!! Even in the resort they have a running for beginners session from 9-10:30 ... I was thinking of signing up ????....,,

      Certainly fast 200s. I remember doing 38s 200s off 38s recoveries and couldn't complete more than 8. Pure speed. Glad the calf held up.

      True Keith but would prefer if 7:30 pace felt easier ... I'm sure it will in time. Some days are harder than others... My body has gone soft :)
