    Hit gym last night - high intensity weight training w/ @jengerena, focusing on lower/upper back, quads, legs. Kept heart rate up, but came home and crashed.

    Braved the cold today & hit the gym. 2 miles on elliptical - avg. heart rate 155. Weight training - chest, biceps & abs.

    elliptical for just under 2 miles. Continued to keep heart rate high with a short, intense workout. Focused on chest and shoulders. Felt blah because dinner weighed me down.

    On Tues eve I used elliptical for 1.5 miles, and kept heart rate high by following up w/ intense weight workout: chest, shoulders, abs & biceps

    after the elliptical, focused on chest, shoulders and biceps. Kept up a decent pace to keep heart rate going. But slowed down towards the end (gloomy weather - blah)
