Tennis: played just under 2 hours of mens' doubles. Even though indoors and dressed in layers, cold air still managed to stiffen my troublesome back. But a good workout.

Hit gym last night - high intensity weight training w/ @jengerena, focusing on lower/upper back, quads, legs. Kept heart rate up, but came home and crashed.

after the elliptical, focused on chest, shoulders and biceps. Kept up a decent pace to keep heart rate going. But slowed down towards the end (gloomy weather - blah)
