I did it! 9 miles! I even did a little more since I was so close to 2 hours. I got lost in Rancho San Jacinto! The bike paths screwed me up and I ended up in some new neighborhood out there. Did a ... read more

Best. Run. Ever. Not my fastest by any means, but the most most euphoric. Loved every minute of my run along Lake Dillon.

Thanks! We've had a huge fire here that's made for horrible air quality, so it hasn't been safe to be outside let alone run. Things are finally getting better at home, but I definitely took advantage of our weekend away to get in a good run. The change of scenery was awesome! It was so gorgeous on the lake.

    Workout at 6:37 PM

  8. RUN
great New Santa Fe Regional Trail 4.13 mi 00:51 12:18 pace

Tough run. It was already warm, and it was so smoky from the Springer fire. My lungs hurt.

  9. RUN
great New Santa Fe Regional Trail 5.18 mi 01:07 12:51 pace

LSD. I need to remember to douse myself with bug spray before running the trail! Bugs love me, AND I've had 2 allergic reactions to Colorado bugs. Sweaty me = a bug feast.

  10. RUN
blah Crane Canyon Loop 2.59 mi 00:31 11:49 pace

I did not want to run AT ALL today. Felt sluggish & blech until I hit the big downhill around 1.75. Felt great after that, and finished strong.

  11. RUN
great Crane Canyon Loop 2.56 mi 00:32 12:21 pace

Hill work to determine my max hr. Ran an easy mile-ish to the hill, and about 1/2-ish home.

  12. RUN
great Crane Canyon Loop 3.19 mi 00:39 12:20 pace

Ran my very hilly neighborhood, so no PR today. I did run the whole thing, up every single hill, so I'm very proud of myself.

  13. walk
great Ruxton Ave 3.08 mi 01:18 25:21 pace

    Went halfway up the incline.

  14. RUN
great New Santa Fe Regional Trail 3.55 mi 00:43 12:01 pace

Holy wind, batman! I'd planned on running 4mi, but I had a nasty storm breathing down my neck so I had to haul ass to my car.

  15. RUN
    great YMCA 2 mi 00:24 11:54 pace

    11:55 /mile, 00:23:49, First treadmill run in ages. Felt so easy! I ran a good chunk of it at 5.1, Great, Run, -, 78, 0, 163, 182, 464, New Balance, 68 miles
