    good Treadmill Run/Walk and Weights 2 mi 00:25 12:30 pace

    Getting back into running prep with Petite's and my run on Sunday. My leg didn't hurt today, so maybe the leg machines have been helping. Then on to chest and back weights. :)

    The play had a good run and finished in basic leg weight machines before walking around the Y outside with my friend.

      I'm not sure timewise, but I know I want to try out the treadmill at least in prep for Sunday. It's been forever for us! :) I've been trying to strengthen the leg for it, too.
