Forgot my water bottle.....TM Run

Warmed up for a couple minutes then ran it out to 5.1 miles. Pushed the pace up to 6.5mph for the last 800m. Cooled down the last minute. I normally don't run on Mondays, but it's time to change rest days to accomodate classes starting back next week. Wednesday is going to be a late night!

Last week I switched my long runs to Mondays because of scheduling conflicts too. Way to move things around to accommodate your runs!
