This was a really good run, but my left knee was a tad achey. Of course I have been training on a 5/1 Galloway method and the trail half on Saturday was a hard workout so running continuously was probably not what my knee had in mind today. After I did a 400m rest interval the last two miles were much less achey. Overall a good training run!
