Was not feeling the run this morning due to being super tight from the weights workout yesterday so I cross trained and stretched.

Treadmill: Walked a mile in 19 minutes
Elliptical: 10 minutes at level 10
Stationary Bike: 10 minutes at level 10
Stretch: 20 minutes

That should do it. I'm ready for the Eagle Creek Half Marathon on Saturday!
