I nice run before hitting a few weights at the gym. 77 degrees and humid when I started. Cooled off a little by the time I was finished.

Weights: 35 minutes
Leg Ext: 2 x 10
Single Leg Curls: 2 x 8/leg
Adductor Machine: 2 x 10
Abductor Machine: 2 x 10
Glute Machine: 2 x 10/leg
Seated Calf Machine: 2 x 10
Cable Chest Press: 2 x 10
Seated Row Machine: 2 x 10

Abs: 2 sets of the following with no rest between
30 sec bridge
25 crunches
10 leg raises
