The most difficult part about this run was stopping. The schedule said to do 6 miles. I wanted to to do 7 miles since I won't get a long run this weekend....so intentionally over shooting the turn around spot by a half mile to make it an 8 mile out and back really makes me happy! I stuck to the soft gravel on the side of the trail for a little dirt run simulation.
The weather was perfect for running too! No humidity, light breeze, moderate temperature...perfect.
