    Three loops around the hood. Two with the boy and one with the Little Miss. Might go for another trifecta after dinner.

    Ran a 9:50 pace for the first 4.5 then upped it to 9:40 for 800m. For the last mile I kept upping it little by little until I was under a 7:30 pace in the last 400m. Felt great!

    Took the kids for a run. The boy did three loops. The girl did 2 loops.

      Awesome entry, Brian. One of my favorite memories from this race was two women standing at the top of a hill sing-songing "Everyone loves a downhill!" True that. Congrats on a strong finish :)
