    Second solid run in a row! I tried out a new route to keep the brain engaged. Somehow my body cooperated the entire time. Mind over matter!! :-)

    Started my new cardio kickboxing class at LA fitness this week - HOLY CRAP this is way more intense than the last instructor for Turbo Kick I did last winter. This kicked my butt in a good way.
