I've never been what I'd call "in shape" so I made it my goal for 2009. I want to do a few 5ks, maybe a 10k, a triathlon and just get into shape for once!

    10k-ish, longest run yet! Right knee is still sore, but not holding me back...typing this a few days later, knee is actually feeling better and better, just wish the pain would go away.
