Great ride, except for when Jim hit a pothole and rode off the side of the road and did a somersault over his bike (and his bike returned the favor).
A little wet and a flat tire in the group, but even a bad morning cycling is better than...well...lots of stuff
The weather people who were saying it was SO much dryer and cooler out clearly had not been outside.
Good times with Greg, Brad, Kristie, Sandra and Andrew. Well, we got split in two for about half the ride, but still fun. Amazing weather!
First 5:30 am ride of the season (for me, anyway) with other Brad and Jim out to Dover and back. Good ridin', except for when I almost killed Jim (again).

Great post-run lifting. Being on vacation and getting good night's sleep certainly helped.
Sounds like a good ride. I have to mix up my routine a little. Let me know if you are going to make Wednesday am a routine. Would love to join you guys.
