Heavy, heavy day. Did something funky to my lat yesterday opening the drain in my basement floor (the contractors were a little too generous with the poured concrete - I was basically pulling a 250 lb lat row). Anyway, stuck to my chest and shoulders. Swimming is going to be fun....
