1 w/up, 1c/down (barefoot), 10x400 w/400 recoveries. 71, 68, 69, 66, 70, 69, 71, 67, 67, 65. Felt pretty damn fast today.
Great workout, but I got nailed by a lacrosse ball on one of my recoveries - it's a shared field/track and the Brookline lacrosse team was practicing. Smack in the thigh.... and the dillhole laughed instead of apologizing. Granted, it was pretty funny, but a sorry would have been nice. I'm going to bruise. And what if he'd smacked one of the tiny freshmen on the track team also practicing instead of me ? - ach.

@Brodie - very similar situation - dillhole laughing after hitting me with a ball, but no, unlike you breaking my eardrum with a racquetball, the lacrosse ball hit me in the THIGH.
