First run in about 2 years. I'll pay for it tomorrow, but I took the uphill route just to see if I could do it. Forgot to check my time, but this was more about getting back out there and trai... read more

Well I wouldn't go expecting me to "wow" you with my steely nerves like our last event. This one feels more intimidating than a century ride.

You are too funny! I admit getting used to running after riding takes a bit--it's an odd feeling you just have to experience, and transitioning seems daunting; but with some practice you'll have no trouble!

Down to Apple Valley & back. 10.5 mi 00:36 17.6mph pace

A nice ride with a new, more aerodynamic stem position. I'm not sure like the more aggressive position, but I'll give it some time and see what the long term benefits are.

Thanks! It was uphill into wind on the way out, but the return lap was quite brisk.

And you? Did you put any miles under those new wheels yet?
