      I don't know what's more frustrating, having a 24-hour virus or having to stop a track session (always a favorite). Hope it doesn't have long-lasting effects.

      The first few rides it is really tough. Then it gets easier. I got off about every 45-60 min to refill. It's really just resetting one's idea of "a long time", LOL.

      So true. I've had the opposite situation with CrossFit - redefining the length of a workout. They are shorter, but very effective (think Tabata).
