      Good run. Longest distance I've ever run thus far. Felt really good. Love this running weather. At the moment, I'm focused on increasing my cadence to between 80-85 strides per minute. App says I'm in 78-79 range. Given other distance and route tracking issues, not sure I can trust any output. Looks like I'm in the market for a GPS watch.

      Or if you want something simpler, Nike watch is great. It's certainly an easier watch to read as you run. It's in partnership with TomTom. You have less stats and less control of the data than you have with a Garmin though. Those things have all the bells and whistles. One of the nice features on some Garmin models is a ghost runner which is a more visual way to keep you on pace.
