Drink hydrogen peroxide H2o2, it's not proposed to consume it within this undiluted form, as food-grade hydrogen peroxide (H2o2) that you'll buy on the wholesaler shall be 35%. However when you drink it, it will likely be between 30ppm and 200ppm. There are a lot of items that will probably be completely hazardous should you consume it before dilution - well think of Coke a Cola - that is why it is really quite ridicules' any time I read blog posts and articles about H202 they usually quote all of the properties with a 35% strength.
Everyone is not usually so clever, and so they throw hydrogen peroxide 35% into a transparent container, place it into the refrigerator, without marking it, after which drink it later by mistake. This said, I can not fully understand even then how one can consume it as it burns your mouth, however if you don't taste what you drink and merely gulp it down… not exactly clever.
So if at all possible do not purchase it in 35% strength, purchase it in 3% to 7.5% strength, and whenever possible purchase a slow release hydrogen peroxide, so that it is not necessary to maintain it within the freezer. Rather keep it in the highly wentelated place away from the kids or strangers, within the bottle you buy it in as so there will be no misunderstanding about what it is.
Maybe the FDA has experienced a notice telling people not to drink high strength hydrogen peroxide, but I find it a bit misleading, as it almost sounds like they are saying don't drink hydrogen peroxide, however they definitely say don't drink high strength. So they are saying just remember to don't accidentally drink high strength, and so do I.
35% / 2 = +- 18% / 2 = 9% / 2 = +- 4% / 2 = 2% / 2 = 1% / 2 = 0.5% / 2 = 0.25% / 2 = 0.125% …
So what is the point? You only add 1 or 2 drops of 35% hydrogen peroxide per litre of water if you want to consume it. Yes that will provide you with approximately 30 parts per million.
This diluted food grade hydrogen peroxide have to be drunk linked to empty stomach .
My best suggestion would be to purchase a 7.5% slow release food grade hydrogen peroxide (H2o2) as this is not classified as a hazardous goods, the added advantage the following is that you can drink it any time, as it only reacts to anaerobic pathogens subsequently having food in your stomach is just not a problem.
Remember to read this H2o2 diluted water every where you are able to, in drinking mineral water, when you cook your food, steam your meal etc. Our body systems is utilized to having it with drinking water and eating as h2o2 assists in digestion.
