Drink hydrogen peroxide H202, it isn't suggested to drink it within this undiluted form, as food-grade hydrogen peroxide (H202) that you will buy at the wholesaler will be 35%. However when you drink it, will probably be between 30ppm and 200ppm. There are several of items that will be totally toxic when you drink it before dilution - think of Coke a Cola - that's the reason it is really quite ridicules' when I examine blog posts and articles concerning H202 and they quote all of the properties for a 35% consentration.
Everyone is not always so knowledgeable, and so they throw hydrogen peroxide 35% into a transparent bottle, put it into the refridgerator, without marking it, and then drink it later on by mistake. This said, I can not comprehend even then how one can drink it because it burns your oral cavity, but if you are willing to don't taste what you may consume simply gulp it down… not so clever.

So what is the point? You simply add 1 or 2 drops of 35% hydrogen peroxide per litre of water if you want to consume it. Yes that provides you with approximately 30 parts per million.
This diluted food grade hydrogen peroxide have to be drunk on any empty stomach .
My best suggestion would be to purchase a 7.5% slow release food grade hydrogen peroxide (H202) as this isn't classified as a hazardous goods, the added advantage is you could consume it at any point, as it reacts to anaerobic pathogens subsequently having food in your stomach isn't a problem.
