5 miles on the stationary bike then 600 ab crunches..then 12 laps in the pool. Tested my injured foot on the treadmill for about a minute and it felt okay. Still need a couple more days recovery. Jealous of all of you who get to run right now.


yes injuries are no fun. Nice work on the crunches, bike and pool though Michael :-)

Those couple of days will be gone before you know it, Michael. And the cycle/swim cross-training do a great job maintaining conditioning level while off the feet!
