ran on the treadmill at the gym...got the last one before the morning rush. first time in my shoe-shoes in a week...must admit they felt good after 20 miles in my vffs...but they sure slowed me down...by nearly a minute per mile! then did 10 good laps in the pool.

    That's interesting. I would've thought you'd wear the vff's rather than shoes on the treadmill since the surface is kinder than asphalt... did you plan it that way, Michael?

    I would think so too, that VFFs make you faster but I can see Suzanne's point. I guess I will stick to my reg. shoes. Great run today Michael!
