Nice job getting in 10 in VFFs! My VFF long run is up to 8, and I hope to break 10 in the not too distant future.

I've gotten to a point where I split time in my VFFs and other shoes. So, I'm averaging 15-20 miles a week in the VFFs. My feet have never felt stronger. Keep building up those miles. They will pay off.

I enjoyed your blog entry, especially, "Currently having a little taste of Laphroaig Single Malt". A great friend introduced me to this delight a couple of years ago.

    Good luck in your race!
