first run in two weeks...because of marathon recovery and a raging cold. decided this morning i'd had it letting my stuffed up nose and chest cough derail my running any more and headed out into the cold dark oakland morning. two times around lake merritt did the trick. love that first shot of ice cold air up the nostrils...and the post-run egg nog latte. see you out there!


Glad you've recovered from your cold, and I hope it doesn't slow down your marathon a month plan.
