two days after losing my job my wife insisted that i needed to go to the gym to burn out the accumulated stress. she's all good.
did 5 on the stationary bike, 2 on the treadmill (it broke down so i moved to the bike!)...then 1000 ab crunches and 5 laps in the pool. it's off to Los Angeles now for the marathon on sunday. cheers all.
