the taper continues. did 5 miles on the stationary bike, 1000 ab crunches, 100 back extentions @ 130 lbs, 50 leg extentions @110 lbs...wanted to swim a bit...but didn't have time. feels good to feel so good with just over a week to go til LA Marathon.!
