alright Coot Lake - up to Grange 20 mi 02:22 07:05 pace

Ran with Hudson Training Systems folks James Carney and 1st US Marathon champ Tera Moody. Felt ok during first part of run, but then my HR was a bit to high even at 7min pace, so I backed it down, stayed conservative since my miles were on the low end this week. Did a few pickups to MP, but the rolling hills got to the legs
