great Hill Repeats and Barefoot miles 9 mi 01:15 08:20 pace

ran over to only hill in Denver and did 5x2mins. started with a group that was already there. Did 2 with them and another 3, then did 5x15 seconds fast. Ended with 2 miles of barefoot running on the bike path.

    @scott, sacrilege! :) @Paul, thanks, yeah the toughening is coming along. Wont be taking on any trails soon, but the feet are feeling very comfortable on the bike paths now. no tenderness afterwards.
