First run in a week so took it nice and easy. Rust was slowly coming off the legs. mile 2 and 3 were sub 7s, so slowed it down again. Tried sticking to the dirt where I could

:) thanks all. Felt good to be out again. Rest day today just in case. I hate these baby steps. But I'll tell ya, between the hill repeats(4) and the walking lunges at the end, I am feeling it today. Whoops forgot to mention that.
